Located in Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex, an hour and twenty minutes by train from London and a ten minute drive from the pretty beach town of Frinton-on-sea. Lifehouse is a new contemporary health spa, offering a unique, life-enriching experience, tailor-made for every guest.

Dedicated experts, specialising in key areas such as fitness, life coaching, nutrition, weight loss, medical, alternative and holistic therapy and horticulture have been recruited to ensure highly personalised, specialised and tailormade programmes to suit every guest's needs.

Lifehouse has 89 guestrooms - all with wonderful views of the gardens or courtyard - 35 treatment rooms, plus gym, outdoor fitness circuit, yoga / Pilates studio, swimming pool, thermal spa area, relaxation areas, 15 manicure and pedicure stations, make up bays and a spa boutique.

This day and stay spa is set within 130 acres of beautiful grounds which include 12 acres of historic, listed gardens. The gardens were much improved in the 1920s and '30s by Lady Byng, the one time mistress of Thorpe Hall and wife of Lord Byng, a personal envoy to George V.
